For over 40 years, we have successfully provided our customers with the right mix of calendars to help generate sales. This year, we have over 650 titles from 62 publishers, including 5 new publishers and an eclectic variety of new titles. We also now have an extensive gift catalog, and new publishers starting on page 137. Q NEW ORDER FORMS will arrive alongside the catalog. You can e-mail, mail or fax it to us. Q ORDERING INFORMATION The initial order requires a minimum order of 100 pieces; reorders are 25 pieces or $200 minimum. If you cannot meet the initial 100 piece minimum, we can sell smaller amounts of our titles nonreturnable—call for details. When using the order form, please note the quantity of each calendar title, your store information, preferred shipping date , and any special instructions. Place your orders early to ensure there will be stock! We can ship your orders on any day you request. Just fill out the preferred shipping date on the order form and we will ship that week. If you need to receive your order by a certain date, let us know. Q SALES HISTORY If you ordered calendars from us last year, you will receive a sales history with this catalog. This is a very useful tool for helping you select which returning titles to order. Some titles will have different publishers this year. If you are a new customer, we can help you set up your account and tailor your calendar order to the unique needs of your clientele. Our staff is always available to answer ques- tions and help with suggestions. Q CALENDAR RACKS Small Changes offers racks for purchase at wholesale prices. Discounts are available per quantities ordered; please see pages 134– 135 for additional information and pictures. We also have a limited number of calendar racks and spinners for our local customers to use during the calendar season. Please call to reserve racks or for more information. Q BILLING AND TERMS • All calendars are billed at 40% off the retail price. Invoices are enclosed with all shipments. Shipping costs will be included (if applicable). • Canadian orders are billed in U.S. Funds and GST/HST charges appear on the bill. • New customers to Small Changes must provide credit information. Until credit can be approved, orders will be shipped COD, or prepay by check or money order. • Terms for established customers: 30 days net for calendars. • We will cash out customers who have a credit balance after returns. • Small Changes is also able to take credit cards with a 3% fee. Call during business hours to pay by credit card. Q SHIPPING AND DELIVERY • Small Changes delivers and ships within the greater Seattle area. All other U.S. orders are shipped via UPS, except for Alaska orders, which are shipped via U.S. Postal Service. • Orders for Canadian customers will be shipped via UPS. These orders ship every two to three weeks during calendar season until December 1. Q RETURNS All calendars are returnable if the 100 piece minimum was reached. A returns form will be mailed in January 2020 indicating which calendars are whole copy and which are cover or front and back cover. An e-mailable returns form is also available upon request. Please do not strip the calendars until the returns form is reviewed to make sure that whole copy returns are not stripped. The returns form should be sent with the returns after a copy is retained for the store’s records.
